1. Booking & Payment:
  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Once confirmed, you will receive a booking voucher via email.

2. Cancellation Policy:
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are considered as fully consumed bookings and are non-refundable.

3. Safety & Responsibility:
  • All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions for your safety.
  • The company is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the trip.

4. Pick-up Policy:
  • Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time provided in your confirmation message via our team.

5. Guarantee:
  • If a travel service is not provided in accordance with the contract, you may request appropriate compensation.
  • We reserve the right to remedy the situation by offering an equivalent or higher-quality replacement service.
  • We may refuse the proposed remedy if it involves a disproportionate effort.
  • You are entitled to claim a reduction in the travel price, provided that the services were not rendered according to the contract and you have officially notified us on-site.
  • Please note that our tour guides are not authorized to recognize or settle legal claims.

6. Disclaimer :
  • We act solely as a travel agency for all services, including transport by Car, Van or Boat
  • We assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, or delays, nor for any damage to personal property, whether caused directly or indirectly during your travel experience.
